COMORBUSS

Documentation: CC BY-SA 4.0 Release Python: 3.7.6

COMORBUSS is a biosocial stochastic agent-based community model, built from specific data of cities coupled to biological models for disease spread and evolution to improve the understanding of Sars-Cov-2, or any other virus statistics. The simulations follow individual infections, measuring by how much the simulated protocols reduce infection in each basic component of the community (e.g. schools, markets, home, workplaces). Such detailed analysis targeted at particular cities can produce recommendations that respect the limitations and needs of specific communities.
